A comfort system should adapt to your household the way a healthy tree adapts to its climate. Elite Heating & Air brings 17 seasons of hands-on experience to every home across Lodi, OH.
Elite Heating & Air did not expand by chasing every job in every direction at once. Like anything meant to last, we grew one relationship at a time across Lodi, OH, one repair, one honest recommendation, one returning customer who called us again the following summer. Seventeen years later, that same patient approach still shapes how we operate. Comfort, Elevated means we would rather take the time to diagnose your air conditioning system correctly than rush a fix that only holds until the next heat wave. Our technicians are trained to think of your cooling system the way an arborist thinks of a tree: every part connected, every symptom worth understanding before any tool comes out.
We stock our trucks ahead of Lodi, OH's peak cooling season with the capacitors, contactors, and refrigerant most commonly needed, so a diagnosed repair can often be completed in the same visit instead of requiring a return trip.
Our technicians are certified to handle refrigerant safely and legally, checking for leaks before recharging any system rather than treating low refrigerant as a routine top-off that ignores the underlying problem.
Oversized or undersized cooling equipment wastes energy and shortens system life. We calculate load requirements specific to your Lodi, OH home before recommending any repair or replacement path.
You will hear plain explanations of what failed, why it failed, and what your realistic options are, not technical jargon meant to make a simple issue sound more complicated than it is.
The technicians who service your home are trained to the same internal standard, so the quality of your visit does not depend on which truck happens to show up that day.
We would rather earn a maintenance customer for a decade than a one-time repair customer today, which is why every recommendation favors your long-term comfort over a quick upsell.
That patient, relationship-first approach is the reason so many households across Lodi, OH still call the same company they called years ago. We are not the fastest-growing HVAC company in the region, and we are proud of that. We are the one that grew roots.
Cooling and heating systems fail in different ways depending on age, usage, and the equipment installed, so no two service calls in Lodi, OH look exactly the same. Below are six of the repairs and installations our technicians perform most consistently, each handled with the patient, whole-system thinking that defines how Elite Heating & Air operates.
From a compressor that will not start to a system blowing warm air, our technicians diagnose electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical causes before recommending a repair, using manufacturer-approved parts to keep your warranty intact wherever possible.
When repairs no longer make financial sense, we help you select a correctly sized furnace for your Lodi, OH home, then handle removal of the old unit, installation of the new one, and a full commissioning test before we leave.
Heat pumps rely on refrigerant cycles and reversing valves that behave differently from traditional furnaces. Our technicians are trained specifically on heat pump systems, so diagnosis stays accurate instead of guesswork borrowed from furnace repair habits.
Mini-split systems offer zoned comfort for additions, converted spaces, or homes without existing ductwork. We size and place indoor and outdoor units for efficient performance, then handle the full electrical and refrigerant line installation.
A thermostat that misreads temperature or fails to communicate with your system can undo the efficiency of an otherwise healthy unit. We install and calibrate smart and standard thermostats so they work correctly with your specific equipment.
A seasonal tune-up includes coil cleaning, refrigerant level checks, electrical inspection, and airflow testing, catching small issues before the first heat wave turns them into an emergency no-cool call.
